Deadline to pay is August 21st-MUST be paid online! 🚨Student must have their student fee $10 and technology fee $10 paid using schoolcashonline.com. 📎Annual registration must be complete and finalized (still have 226 students whose annual registration has not been submitted or finalized). 🚨PARENTS-several registrations have been sent back to you do to insufficient residency documents. Check your email to see if you received a FINALIZED registration email. If you did not, you need to resubmit documents or you will not be finalized. 📲At least one parent/guardian must have accepted the invitation to join Rooms app. Cost to attend the dance is $5 an must be purchased online by August 21st through www.schoolcashonline.com

💲SCHOOL FEE INFO💲 Good news!! You can pay school fees ONLINE this year!!!! We have has several questions and calls regarding how to pay fees online. Please follow these steps to pay school fees online. *Go to https://bossierparish.schoolcashonline.com/ *Register using the same email as your Oncourse Parent Connect portal. -Important!! The fees will only show up for the primary contact person on Oncourse Parent Portal. If you register your email and cannot see your student, then re-register using the email of the other guardian listed in Oncourse. *Once you are registered, check your email to confirm. *Login *Fees for your student or students should all show up. If you are only seeing fees for other schools in the district, then you did not use the primary guardian email to register. *At this point, you can pay all fees online. There is a small convenience fee for each payment and it is already added into the fee cost. Important note about PE Fees. PE Fees are not able o be paid online/ Please end cash with your child to give to their PE teacher. If you are having trouble with school cash online and have tried all of the emails you have listed in Oncourse Parent Portal, please contact Mrs. Carter at tracy.carter@bossierschools.org.

Hi everyone! This school year, we are offering Game Day Packs for our 3 home football games. Each pack will include a themed t-shirt, and your student will be able to wear their shirt to school the day of the game, they will be able to wear jeans to school that day, AND will be able to get into the game for free (as long as they are wearing the shirt)! You can buy the packs individually for $15 a piece, or buy the packs all together for $45. Below is a graphic displaying the shirts and the Oasis link to purchase. The link to purchase will close on Friday, 8/23/24, and the shirts will be delivered to the students on Friday, 9/6/24. Our home games are 9/10/24 (Webster), 10/1/24 (Cope), and 10/29/24 (Rusheon). Tomorrow is the first day of school and we cannot wait to see our EAGLES! A few quick reminders: Arrival: Students may enter campus at 7:05. They should report to 1st period unless they are eating breakfast. The tardy bell rings at 7:20. If your student arrives after 7:25, a parent/guardian will need to park and walk into the front office to check them in. NO Parents will be allowed to walk students to class. We will have several duty personnel who have a list of all homerooms and will direct the students where to go if they are unsure. Pick up: School is dismissed at 2:25. Please take the time tonight to make sure your child knows how they are going home tomorrow. If your child is a bus rider and you are unsure which bus and what time to be at the bus stop, visit https://findmyschool.us/bossierla Enter your address and click find my bus. You will be able to see approximate pick up and drop off times. WRITE THE BUS NUMBER DOWN and bring it to school in your backpack. Please be early on the first day and expect a few delays for the first week of school. Supplies: Students can bring their school supplies over the first few days of school if they have too much to carry on the first day. Cell Phone Policy: NEW PHONE policy states that all student's phones must be turned off any put in their backpacks when entering campus. This means when getting off of the bus and exiting their car. Please help us remind students of this. This includes earbuds, headphones, and smartwatches. 📢Important News for Eagle Parents📢 Bossier Schools sent an email to parents yesterday informing all parents in the district of Act 313, a new cell phone law passed during the 2024 spring Louisiana legislative session that restricts students from using cell phones and other electronic devices during the instructional day. We would like for you to be aware of the consequences defined for all middle school campuses, per the new policy. Please review this information and discuss it with your student prior to the start of the school year.

Bossier Schools has revised its cell phone policy in response to a new state law that restricts students from using cell phones and other electronic devices during the instructional day. Please note the following revisions: Cell phones must be turned off and stowed during instructional time, including from the time students get on/off the bus or in/out of a personal vehicle while on campus; Electronic communication devices, including but not limited to personal computers, laptops, electronic instruments, iPads, iPods, tablet devices, e-readers or similar devices, must be powered off and properly stowed for the duration of the school day. Each violation will result in the collection of the cell phone/electronic device. More information regarding disciplinary action can be found in school handbooks. *Please note the revised policy does not apply to students who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP)/Individualized Accommodation Plan (IAP), Section 504 plan or Individualized Health Plan that requires use of an electronic telecommunication device.
